The Art of Healing® Training

The Art of Healing® Practitioner Certification Program is administered under the direction and tutelage of Dr. Cathy Chargualaf who has researched and taught human development for nearly two decades. She is the author of self-help courses, self-esteem books, and teaches concepts on a variety of metaphysical topics.

Dr. Cathy Chargualaf

Dr. Cathy Chargualaf is a Metaphysical Spiritual Counselor, Intuitive Clairvoyant Energy Healer, author, and owner and founder of the Institute of Natural Healing, Life Esteem, LLC, and the Life Esteem Wellness Center in Southern California. She received her PhD in Metaphysical Humanistic Science, with a specialization in Spiritual Counseling. She conducts Holistic Life Coaching that focuses on helping you achieve goals and objectives in business or life. She takes a holistic approach with goals at a far deeper level, opening into the inner values, needs, and desires of the whole person, in mind, body, and spirit. Often the journey is one of new levels of wellness, balance, and inner peace.

Background

Dr. Cathy Chargualaf is a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional, Transformational Life Coach, Integrative Nutrition Health/Lifestyle Coach, and author. She received her Ph.D. in Metaphysical Humanistic Science, Summa Cum Laude, specializing in Metaphysical Counseling and Transformational Life Coaching. As a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), she contributed to the Change Management Professional Standards.

She earned a doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy and is a board-certified Clinical Hypnotherapist through the American Board of Hypnotherapy. She has worked with Anaheim’s Community Services Program as a California State Certified Counselor. She attained certifications in Metaphysical Spiritual Counseling for Addiction-Based Relationships, Intuitive Energy Healing, Usui System of Natural Healing (Japanese Buddhist Method by Mikao Usui), Energy Therapy, Healing Touch, Biofeedback, Domancic Method of Bioenergy Therapy, and Past Life Regressions.

Experience in the Community

Her experience and involvement in the community has ranged from a California State Certified Counselor for the Orange County Sexual Assault Network, a Counselor for the Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundation, to an instructor for the California State University of Fullerton.

In 1997, she was honored by the Los Angeles Commerce for Women for bringing innovative ideas in an organization dealing with constant change.

The YWCA of Greater Los Angeles honored her, in 1999, for her contribution to the community for her program, Life Esteem™.

In 2013, Dr. Chargualaf was awarded the Empower the Spirit Award in recognition of life and work exemplifying the empowerment of others, especially children by the International Society of Metaphysical Humanism.

The National Association of Professional Women honored Cathy Chargualaf as 2013/2014 Professional Women of the Year.

In 2016, the Women of Distinction Magazine selected Dr. Cathy Chargualaf as one of the top ten women in the Health and Wellness industry
